A deposit per city
Artists pick tour cities off streams and follower counts, and none of that proves anyone will buy a ticket. I built SeatLock so a fan backs a city with a small refundable deposit. The artist shares one link and gets a ranked list of cities that reorders live as deposits land.
One page composer
Creating a campaign was a multi-step wizard. I rebuilt it as one page with a live preview of the public campaign beside it, so the artist sees what fans will see while typing. The same setup runs option campaigns too, like fans voting on merch designs before anything is printed.
Automatic refunds
When a campaign closes, every deposit on a city that didn't win is refunded automatically. Backers of the winning city get the presale link and code in one email. Alex Monahan filmed me pitching SeatLock on campus and pinned it to the top of his page. It has 565K views.
