Two sides of one dorm
Some students don't want to do laundry, and some want flexible money without leaving the dorm. I built one app for both. You schedule a pickup, a washer in your building takes the job, and your clothes come back in one to two hours. Sign-in takes a UCLA email.
The washer view
Washers get their own view: a Go Online toggle, a banner for the job in progress, and a delivery photo that lands on the customer's order when the job is done. After launch I took the one-time code out of sign-in, and built the admin side for jobs, refunds and reassignments.
Flyers and reels
Most of the marketing was mine, and most of it was on foot: over 300 flyers handed out or slid under dorm room doors. Online it was POVs from the dorm laundry room, over 400K views across reels and stories.
